2.2 Visa Application Guidance
The Agency may offer guidance and support in preparing and submitting visa applications. However, the final decision on any visa application lies solely with the Australian Government’s Department of Home Affairs, and the Agency does not guarantee the approval of any visa application.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Provision of Accurate Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during consultations. The Agency is not responsible for outcomes based on incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

3.2 Adherence to Deadlines
Clients must adhere to all deadlines related to applications, document submissions, and payments. The Agency is not liable for any consequences resulting from missed deadlines.

4. Limitations of Liability

4.1 Visa Application Outcomes
The Agency provides support and guidance based on current information and best practices. However, the outcome of any visa application is determined by the Australian Government. The Agency does not assume any responsibility for the approval or denial of visa applications. All decisions made by the Department of Home Affairs are final, and the Agency cannot influence these decisions.

4.2 Advice and Recommendations
The Agency strives to provide accurate and up-to-date advice. However, the client acknowledges that any advice or recommendations provided are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change. The Agency is not responsible for any outcomes, including but not limited to financial loss, missed opportunities, or changes in personal circumstances, resulting from the advice provided.

4.3 Third-Party Services
The Agency may recommend third-party services, such as educational institutions, language schools, or migration agents. The Agency does not take responsibility for the actions, decisions, or services provided by these third parties.

5. Indemnity

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Agency, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the client’s use of the Agency’s services, including but not limited to:

• Errors or omissions in the visa application process.
• Any adverse outcomes from advice provided by the Agency.
• Actions taken by third-party service providers recommended by the Agency.

6. Refund Policy

All fees paid to the Agency for consulting services are non-refundable. This includes situations where a visa application is denied or where the client chooses not to proceed with their educational or career plans.

7. Termination of Services

The Agency reserves the right to terminate services at any time if the client is found to have provided false or misleading information or fails to comply with these terms and conditions.

8. Confidentiality

The Agency will maintain the confidentiality of all personal information provided by the client, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). However, the Agency may disclose such information if required by law or if necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Agency or others.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [State/Territory], Australia.
